Paolo de Napoli

Paolo de Napoli Singing teacher / vocal coach (Firenze, Italy). Wherever Paolo De Napoli travels, he is followed by his students from Italy, Germany, Austria, Baltic countries, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Russia, Croatia, and Argentina, including the principals from Staatsoper Munich, Paris Opera, Glyndebourne, Teatro Real Madrid, Berlin Staatsoper, the Metropolitan Opera in New York, and other theaters. Paolo de Napoli has been engaged for vocal and repertoire coaching by opera houses in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Tokyo, Riga, Tallin, Vilnius, Minsk, Zagreb, and others. He has been working with Czech opera houses in Prague, Brno, Ostrava since 1996. He was an Associate Professor of  voice with University of South Carolina in the USA, lead classes with Cortona and Anghiari Summer Opera Studios. Presently, Paolo de Napoli has been engaged as an artistic advisor to Riga Opera, and the the director of vocal studies at the Japan Art Society of Tokyo leading regular masterclasses there. Mr. De Napoli studied singing with soprano Toti del Monte in Venice and baritone Carlo Tagliabue in Milan. He took masterclasses with baritones Gino Bechi, Rolando Panerai, Tito Gobbi, Giuseppe Taddei, tenor Alfredo Kraus and soprano Magda Olivero.

Eleanor Valkenburg

Song, voice therapy Eleanor Valkenburg, soprano, has achieved worldwide recognition as a chamber musician, soloist, and voice teacher/voice therapist. Ms Valkenburg has performed in some of the most prestigious festivals and chamber music series including the Bergen Festival, the Istanbul International Music Festival, the Sarajevo Festival, L’ Octobre Festival du Carthage, the Martinu Festival in Czech Republic, Carnegie Hall in New York City, the Millennium Concert Series at the Kennedy Center, the Library of Congress in Washington, DC, the Victoria and Albert Museum series and the St-Martin-in-the Fields in London. She has performed in more fifty countries Tunisia, Bosnia, India, Serbia, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Peru and Syria and has presented lectures as well as performing concerts. She has taught master classes at the Higher Institute of Music in Damascus, The Music Academies of Sofia, Istanbul, Bucharest, Bratislava, Belgrade, and Jordan and has served on the faculty of the Rhodope Festival in Bulgaria.
